Returns

Returns: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  For any reason(s), you would like to return part/complete order. You may request for a return within sixty (30) days after receiving your orders. However, shipping fees paid for the order is not included in the refund, and shipping for returns should be paid by the customer with a carrier with tracking and signature confirmation to ensure safety of the products. 

A few notes:

• Clearance items and customized items are non-returnable. 
• Items that are purchased as a set or bundle have to be returned as a set/bundle to qualify for full refund. The value of any missing items from the set/bundle will be deducted to the full value of the items for refund.
• For returns with promotion code or discounts, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly to the discount given.
